Fixes #219

This fixes a couple of items when converting small numbers. Seems to be a bug in fcvtf, which this is a workaround. One issue is with trailing zeros, other is with rounding. See this post for some examples.

i know that defining the sample-rate from the commandline is - at the moment - not useful. 
But it is a first step to make ist possible :)

AudioStream.h: Allow inclusion from assembler .S files

Additional PR for SERIALX_DISABLE follows

The spaces after TOOLSPATH will append to the variable value. Merged the on Linux comment with previous comment to fix.
