  87. <dd><p>When a convenience function is evaluated, its arguments are converted
  88. to instances of <code>gdb.Value</code>, and then the function&rsquo;s
  89. <code>invoke</code> method is called. Note that <small>GDB</small> does not
  90. predetermine the arity of convenience functions. Instead, all
  91. available arguments are passed to <code>invoke</code>, following the
  92. standard Python calling convention. In particular, a convenience
  93. function can have default values for parameters without ill effect.

  96. expression. If an ordinary Python value is returned, it is converted
  97. to a <code>gdb.Value</code> following the usual rules.
